Frequently asked questions

My PDF shows “no fillable form fields” — why?

Only PDFs with real interactive (AcroForm) fields can be filled. Scanned or flat documents have none — an “Add Text” overlay tool is on the Omnikit roadmap for those.

What does “flatten after filling” do?

It bakes your answers into the page so the fields can no longer be edited — useful before emailing a completed form.

Is my form data uploaded?

No. The form is read and filled entirely in your browser; nothing leaves your device.
