How to use

What if the two PDFs have different page counts?

Pages alternate for as long as both documents have pages; anything left over is appended at the end in order.

Why would I reverse document B?

When you flip a scanned stack to scan the backs on a single-sided scanner, the backs come out in reverse order. The checkbox un-reverses them so everything lines up.
