Workflow builder questions

The useful bits, before you start.

What is an Omnikit workflow?

It is a saved sequence of Omnikit browser tools. You choose the order once, then run the same job step by step whenever you need it.

Do files get uploaded between workflow steps?

Compatible steps receive the previous result directly in the current browser tab. Local tools do not upload it. Word to PDF and Excel to PDF use temporary server uploads only when you explicitly start conversion; workflows containing these tools are labelled before running.

Where are saved workflows stored?

Your saved workflows are stored in this browser only. Omnikit does not upload the workflow definition or require an account.

What happens when two tools are not compatible?

The workflow shows the handoff gap before you start. You can choose a fresh file at that step instead of losing track of what the workflow needs.
